10 youth. New possibilities beyond the field.

In 2026, 10 Folonko youth were accepted into the Seattle Seahawks Leadership Beyond the Field program.

Opportunity beyond the game

Leadership learning, career exploration, and connections beyond sport are central to why this opportunity matters. Young people deserve space to see what is possible and build confidence in their next steps.

Folonko’s work connects player development with mentorship, life skills, and visibility. The Seahawks program reflects that wider vision: sport can open doors to experiences that reach far beyond the field.

Access creates possibility

We are proud to support our youth as they explore leadership and new pathways. Follow this space for updates from our programs and community.
