FitHER Initiative
Fit Her. Lift Her. Watch Her Glow.
Year-round support for girls ages 7–19, providing access to sports, wellness resources, personal essentials, mentorship, and opportunities designed to help girls participate confidently and thrive.
Girls in Sport
Creating accessible opportunities for girls to play, train, compete, and develop—while addressing financial, cultural, and visibility barriers that too often push girls out of sports.
Women Beyond the Sidelines
Supporting women—including mothers—who want to move from supporting sports on the sidelines to building a place within the industry. Through mentorship, leadership development, coaching pathways, networking, and professional exposure, we help women see sports as a space where they can lead.

Girls and women continue to face barriers to participating and advancing in sports—from the cost of registration and equipment to limited representation, mentorship, visibility, and professional pathways.
Folonko works beyond participation. We create opportunities for girls and women to belong in sports, stay in sports, and ultimately lead in sports.

Opportunity shouldn’t end when a season does. We’re building year-round access to sports, wellness, mentorship, and leadership opportunities so girls and women have the support to enter the game, stay in the game, and lead beyond it.
